Student Photo ID Badge Policy
You may have heard from your student that Banks County High School is now requiring all students to wear photo ID badges throughout the school day.
Photo IDs allow our staff to instantly identify anyone who belongs on campus—and quickly flag anyone who does not. In an emergency, clear identification also helps first responders assist students faster and more accurately.
Driver's Education Application Info
Students interested in taking Driver's Education during the Spring 2027 semester can pick up a Driver's Ed Application from the front office beginning October 12th.
Applications must be completed and returned to the front office before the end of the school day on Friday, November 6th. Placement in the class will be based on attendance, academic standing (grades and credits), discipline record, age of student, and submission date—not necessarily in that order.
