At the May Board of Education meeting, Banks County Schools recognized our spring student-athletes who excelled during the athletic season.

Banks County High School raised over $22,000 during its $10,000 Giveaway Dinner on May 10, 2025, thanks to strong community support, sold-out tickets, and generous donations. A highlight of the evening was the announcement of a $1 million gift from Mike White to fund a new turf field at the football stadium.

Banks County Football Program will host a football camp July 14-16 from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at the Leopard Stadium. Ages 5-14

Banks County Schools has recently installed over two hundred interactive boards in classrooms across the district, enhancing student engagement, collaboration, and innovation to better equip teachers and students for the future.

Banks County High School recently hosted a special breakfast to celebrate the top three honor graduates of the Class of 2025—Valedictorian Alyssa Mackenzie Zohoranacky, Salutatorian Kimberly Zenayda Madrid-Ramirez, and First Honorarian Jayla Marie Tory.

Banks County High School is excited to welcome our incoming 9th graders for a fun and informative morning. Students will receive their schedules, meet their advisors, tour the high school, and learn all about the clubs, sports, and activities available at BCHS.

Banks County families can access free meals through our summer food distribution program. The program offers daily meal pickups at the Banks County Public Library and specific locations for meals on Thursdays.
