Mr. Will Foster will lead Banks County High School this year. He has been the School's Assistant Principal for two years. He has also served as the CTAE Director, a Math teacher, and a CTAE teacher. He was also the high school cross-country coach and led the program to multiple state appearances.
He is married to AJ Foster and has two girls, Quin and Tess. He enjoys running and spending time with his family.
Mrs. Kaila Steele is the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Banks County High School. She has served in the education field for sixteen years. She has taught pre-k, 2nd grade, 6th grade, and 9-12 Math. She has worked as an Instructional Technology Specialist, Student Information Coordinator, and Director of Accountability.
Her passion is helping students discover their interests and set goals for their future. She is excited about her new role at Banks County High School.
She is married to Sam Steele, an educator in Habersham County Schools. They have four children: Andrew, Harper, Nolan, and Charlie. She enjoys traveling worldwide, living in the country, and being a part of the Banks County community.
