Banks County High School will host softball tryouts on May 15th-17th from 4:00-6:00 at BCHS Softball Complex. 8th graders are encouraged to try out for a JV position, and all athletes must have a current physical on file.

Banks County High School star athlete Eli Ward committed to attend Brevard College to continue his collegiate career in football.

Miss Leopard Legacy Pageant will be Saturday March, 25th at 5 pm in the BCHS Auditorium. The pageant starts at 5pm and doors will open at 4:40. Cost of tickets are $10 each. Children 2 and under are free.

It is that time of year again!!! Join us for Adulting Day: Life Hacks for the Senior Class of 2023 on March 29th.

A fun day for our seniors as they learn about "life after high school" from local business and industry representatives.
Did we mention that we have some surprise guest speakers for the day? Hint: Seniors, you DO NOT WANT to miss this presenter!

Congratulations to Harly Ledford for being in the Top 4 in the Agriculture Education contest! She will compete for the state title in April!

On April 27th and 28th, Banks County High School will recognize all seniors who have committed to one of the following:

-A career in the workforce or business
-Military
-College (four-year or technical)

Students will be recognized at the Banks County Board of Education on April 27th or 28th from 12:00-2:15. Students will be assigned a designated date and time. All parents and guardians are invited to attend the event.

If you are a senior or a parent of a senior who has committed to one of the above categories, please complete the form below so we can ensure a time/date will be scheduled for each recognition. Please complete the form by April 20th.

We will send out more information closer to the event.

Banks County High School will host Volleyball Tryouts from May 2nd through May 4th from 3:30-5:00 pm. Individuals trying out must have a current physical on file and proof of insurance. Tryouts will be held at Leopard 2.0.

The BCHS Auxiliary and Leopardette tryouts will be held March 27th-31st from 3:30-5:00 pm in the BCHS Gym. Any upcoming 9th-12th grader can try out but must have a physical on file for tryouts.

The Auxiliary consists of the Color Guard and Danceline, who perform with the BCHS Band during halftime at the football games. The Leopardettes are the competition dance team that performs at our home basketball games.

Pi Day is the annual celebration of the constant π (pi) and is observed on March 14 (the 3rd month) since 3, 1, and 4 are the first three significant figures of π.
